To allow people to get to know the Over-Amstel Boerderij and our team a bit better, we organise various workshops. The Over-Amstel Boerderij team loves showing you what is so special about their trade. For example, you can discover the flavours of the polder and the seasons with our chef Herb. And our cheese maker Dewi? She is happy to teach you..

The workshops are practical and hands-on, so that you can master the art of various artisanal techniques. Every workshop starts with a tour of the farm and our garden. We hope to see you soon.

19 October | Workshop: ‘Pumpkins from the Over-Amstel Boerderij garden’
We will be making a ‘sformatino’ with Polder Parmesan using pumpkins from our own garden, where they grow in abundance. While this dish is cooking in the oven, we will also prepare a pumpkin chutney or relish for you to take home. We will then enjoy the sformatino together in our restaurant.
